International pharmaceutical conference management project delivered at Rixos Premium Antalya for delegates from various Middle Eastern countries. Ovono provided full-service corporate event management including conference planning, stage and audio-visual production, corporate branding applications and professional event décor.
The program was executed under our licensed destination management structure, integrating accommodation coordination and on-site operations within one accountable framework. The result was a high-standard, seamlessly managed corporate conference experience in Antalya.
What we Delivered?
Ovono managed the complete conference management process at Rixos Premium Antalya, including agenda structuring, delegate coordination and on-site operational control. We designed and installed stage architecture, advanced sound and lighting systems, and fully integrated corporate branding applications throughout the venue. Professional décor production, registration areas and executive hospitality flow were executed under our full-service event management framework.
