Ovono managed the complete conference organization including program flow design, stage setup, integrated branding applications and on-site operational supervision. Corporate decoration elements, spatial branding installations and executive hospitality coordination were implemented to reflect the institutional profile of the brand.
Event Highlights
At Conrad Istanbul, Ovono established a structured registration and accreditation system tailored to an international corporate audience. Branded welcome desks, controlled badge distribution and coordinated guest flow ensured an efficient check-in process and a professional opening atmosphere for the conference. The reception area was designed in alignment with Bledina’s corporate identity, reinforcing brand visibility from the very first interaction.
At Conrad Istanbul, Ovono managed the complete technical production of the conference including professional sound systems, dynamic stage lighting and high-resolution LED screen integration. Presentation support, live content control and stage flow coordination were executed to ensure a seamless speaker experience and strong visual impact. All technical operations were centrally supervised within Ovono’s corporate event management infrastructure in Istanbul, delivering a controlled and high-performance conference environment.
For the conference at Conrad Istanbul, Ovono implemented concept-driven corporate decoration aligned with Bledina’s global brand identity, including stage backdrops, branded registration areas, directional systems and spatial branding elements.
