Incentive Travel & Corporate Event Management Program for 800 International Delegates – Istanbul
Large-scale incentive travel and corporate event management project delivered in Istanbul for 800 China-based delegates of a U.S.-headquartered multinational company. What we Delivered?
Ovono delivered large-scale incentive travel and destination management services in Istanbul for 800 international delegates. The project included group accommodation management, executive mobility planning, welcome and farewell gala production, Bosphorus experiences and fully integrated corporate event operations under our licensed DMC and full-service event management framework.
Event Highlights
800 China-based guests were welcomed in Istanbul with synchronized airport transfers, multilingual reception teams and structured group coordination. Seamless arrival logistics ensured efficient check-in, executive hospitality flow and a strong first impression for the incentive travel program.
The program combined curated Bosphorus cruises, historical city tours and structured networking experiences designed to strengthen engagement and reward performance. All activities were executed under Ovono’s licensed destination management and full-service corporate event infrastructure.
